The Zombie Tarot

The Zombie Tarot by Paul Kepple, Raphael Geroni, and Stacey Graham turns the classic Rider-Waite structure into a tongue-in-cheek end-of-the-world scenario: Cups, Wands, Swords, and Pentacles (here: biohazard symbols) are populated by the undead, and the Major Arcana consists entirely of shambling corpses. The card artwork is assembled in a retro collage style from hundreds of scanned pieces of found vintage magazines and historical anatomy illustrations – "Mad Men" meets "The Walking Dead." The 96-page, full-color companion book provides card interpretations, three spreads, and survival tips for the zombie apocalypse.
